Job Status: Full-time (40 hrs. per week)
Compensation: $20.00 – $24.00 / hour

Duties:
- Be a champion of tech equity, assisting and planning tech workshops for underserved communities and providing basic technical assistance to users of our computer labs.
- Provide support and upkeep of community computer labs.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues for internal users (Tier 1).
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to analyze and resolve complex technical problems (Tier 2).
- Assist with the implementation of new technologies and systems.
- Document technical procedures, create user guides, and build KB articles.
- Assist in maintaining documentation relating to IT assets and workorders
- Upkeep and administration of the Rent Café resident portal.
- Assist in the administration and upkeep of CRHA social media accounts including Instagram and Facebook.
Minimum Requirements:
- Enrolled in or have completed a 2- or 4-year IT related degree program (IT, CS, Cybersecurity, etc.).
- Knowledge and experience in social media, including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok.
- Ability to work independently, problem solve and use critical thinking skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks according to impact to CRHA.
- Working knowledge of O365 and O365 Admin
- Knowledge of Windows 11 and Apple operating systems (macOS and iOS).
- This is a public facing role; patience and customer service mentality are essential.
- Read and write English proficiently.
- Must be able to pass a background check and have a good driving record.
Preferred Skills
- Previous experience in providing technical support or working in a help desk environment preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of AnyDesk, Action1, and DeepFreeze preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of Ricoh MFPs preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of WordPress a plus, but not required
- Knowledge of Yardi and Yardi systems including Rent Café.
Physical Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
- Ability to lift up-to 35lbs
- Walking, standing and kneeling for long periods of time
- 20/20 vision (corrected)
