The Senior Manager of Marketing will lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our digital marketing efforts, with a focus on paid media, search engine optimization (SEO), and affiliate partnerships. The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with creative thinking and has a proven track record of driving measurable results across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Marketing
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across channels (Google Ads, social media, display, retargeting)
- Optimize campaigns for ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition cost (CAC)
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to produce compelling ad copy and visuals
SEO
- Lead organic search strategy to improve rankings, traffic, and conversions
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and technical SEO audits
- Collaborate with content, product, and web teams to implement SEO best practices
Affiliate Marketing
- Build and manage relationships with affiliate partners to drive revenue growth
- Develop incentive programs, track performance, and optimize affiliate campaigns
- Monitor and report on affiliate KPIs and ROI
Analytics & Reporting:
- Establish performance KPIs and dashboards for paid, SEO, and affiliate channels
- Provide actionable insights to guide strategy and budget allocation
Team Leadership & Collaboration
- Mentor and manage a small team of marketing specialists or coordinators
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Creative teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 7 years of experience in digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, and affiliate marketing
- Proven track record of managing campaigns with significant budget responsibility
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
- Excellent project management and communication skills
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically in a fast-paced environment
