Ensure consistent production flow, quality standards, and team performance across pre-assembly operations.
What You'll Do
- Lead the Sewing amp; Quilting operations at the Mattress Factory
- Create a culture of safety, quality, and accountability
- Coach and develop employees
- Ensure production goals are met
- Troubleshoot challenges and help improve day-to-day operations
- Collaborate with other departments
