What You'll Do
- Welcome customers with a friendly, professional first impression and connect them with a Sales Associate
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist customers with questions, payments, and general order support
- Coordinate customer pickup orders and ensure smooth day-to-day store operations
- Work collaboratively with teammates across departments to provide a world-class customer experience
- Resolve customer questions and concerns with professionalism, care, and a solution-focused approach
- Ability to work a mixed schedule of days, evenings, and rotating weekends
- Flexibility to adapt to a workload that changes with the seasons and time of week
- Strong multitasking skills to manage competing priorities effectively
- A calm and confident presence to respond quickly in escalated situations, helping to de-escalate and resolve issues professionally
