Full-Time | 1st Shift Opportunity
Salary Range: $65,000 – $80,000 Annually
We are currently seeking an experienced Operational Buyer to join a growing team of procurement professionals supporting supply chain operations across North America and Europe. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is passionate about purchasing, vendor management, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily purchasing activities for assigned commodities
• Create and coordinate purchase orders while monitoring on-time delivery
• Work directly with vendors to improve scheduling priorities and supplier performance
• Review and resolve vendor invoice discrepancies with Accounts Payable
• Maintain accurate data in ERP systems while utilizing reporting tools such as Excel and Power BI
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Inventory, Sales, and internal teams to ensure supply meets demand
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen supply chain efficiency
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related experience preferred
• 3–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience required
• Manufacturing procurement experience strongly preferred
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environment
Additional Details:
• Up to 10% domestic travel required
• Strong attention to detail and technical aptitude preferred
