- Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Inspect malfunctioning machinery, observe devices in operation, and utilize precision measuring or diagnostic tools to identify the root cause of failures. [1, 2]
- Preventative Maintenance: Adhere to regular maintenance schedules to clean, oil, grease, and test parts to prevent sudden equipment breakdowns. [1, 2]
- Repairs & Replacements: Dismantle devices, replace worn-out or broken components, and install new machinery or mechanical systems using hoists, hand tools, and power tools. [1, 2, 3]
- Documentation: Log all maintenance work, inspections, and parts used using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). [1]

Key Requirements & Skills
