Salary: $39.34 with a $3.50 Shift Premium

Job Type: Full Time

Requirements

You will love this seat if you get, want, and have the capacity to: 

· Ability to perform general maintenance and work on all machines and equipment 

· Perform mechanical repairs to all machines and equipment, e.g., alignment of machine spindles, slides, and ways. 

· Replacement of bearings, shafts, gears, etc. 

· Repair of a variety of hydraulic and pneumatic valves and controls, pressure regulators, pumps, tools, etc. 

· Assist in solving machine problems in production equipment, which may include the proficient operation of machines, incidental to troubleshooting those machines. 

· Adjust, align, patch, or replace drives, conveyors, etc. 

· Inspect and repair all hoists, cables, hooks, and shafts.

· Perform all required preventive and predictive maintenance procedures on specified machinery and all manufacturing equipment.

· Assists in the movement of machines/fixtures, materials, and equipment.

· Fabricate components for new machines and installations.

· Reads and understands schematics, diagrams, and specifications.

· Works from blueprints, sketches, or duplication original parts. Occasionally makes parts without drawings.

· Fabricate replacement parts which may require welding, cutting, or sheet metal work.

· Operate hand tools, power tools and machinery commonly found in the maintenance department.

· Operate precision measuring equipment with standard competence.

· Ability to work in a team environment and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

We need this seat to have:

· Accredited Journeymen’s credentials in machine repair or millwright classifications or equivalent training and industrial experience.

· 9 years of experience preferred but not limited to.
