Seattle, WA Full Time
POSTED ON 12/26/2025

Description

You are a compliance professional who wants to grow your career with a truly great company. You have the drive to make a difference, provide value, and have great judgement. You’re adept at strategizing and just as eager to get the work done. You’re a curious, determined, action-oriented person, who is motivated to achieve excellence. Are you ready to join us?

In this role, your essential functions will be to:

  • Guide project teams in risk management strategies for new system deployments. You will actively participate in projects to ensure key risks are mitigated as new technologies are implemented across the business.

  • Demonstrate strong communication. You will serve as a key liaison between IT teams, business teams, and audit teams. Clear, concise communication across different audiences is critical to success in this role.

  • Provide analysis of complex technology risks and their potential impact on business processes. Our application portfolio is diverse and highly complex, requiring a critical mindset to effectively navigate – Prior experience in the intricacies of audit, risks, and controls design is essential.

  • Support IT audit readiness. Provide expert level guidance to our front line control performance teams. Support efforts could include evidence generation/reviews, walkthrough coaching, and remediation management.

  • Maximize “Risk Return on Investment (RROI).” You recognize the balance between designing and maintaining an effective control environment while minimizing the time spent on manual, inefficient processes. The “RROI” concept is central to that goal.

  • Drive improvements in automated controls management. Help define and implement an efficient process for maintaining the company’s automated control and key reports catalog, ensuring that ownership and accountability is clear across the organization.

  • Support cybersecurity control initiatives. You will work closely with the cybersecurity team to ensure IT security risks across the company are appropriately mitigated.

  • Identify process improvement opportunities. Work is accomplished by keeping continuous improvement top of mind – this means identifying enhancements to our compliance approach to achieve broader risk coverage, simplify, or enhance efficiency by leveraging data analytics, automaton techniques, or other.

Qualifications

Your qualifications:

  • 4 years of progressive, relevant experience with a preference to IT compliance or IT audit experience.

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in management information systems, business administration, or equivalent experience.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required; strong skills/experience with SAP, Access, SQL, PowerBI, and/or Visio (or similar) preferred; experience with AuditBoard is a plus.
