Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Perform mechanical repairs and maintenance on equipment.
• Use tools such as alignment, vibration, and ultrasound for diagnostics.
• Conduct reactive, preventative, and predictive maintenance.
• Communicate clearly with operators, maintenance staff, and supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Work safely in all conditions, including upset scenarios.
• Be flexible and willing to work all shifts.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical.
• Journeyman card preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Capable of performing labor-intensive tasks in varying conditions (heat, dust, noise, heights, confined spaces).
• Able to lift up to 35 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods.
