Pay & Schedule
- Starting pay: $19–$21 per hour (based on experience)
- Hours: 45 hours per week
- Shift: Day shift
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate CNC machines for drilling, milling, grinding, and similar operations
- Read blueprints, shop orders, and drawings to understand job requirements
- Load raw materials and parts into machines and run full production cycles
- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform daily machine checks and basic maintenance
- Work closely with a small team to keep production running smoothly
What We’re Looking For
- Previous manufacturing experience preferred; CNC experience is a plus
- Strong attendance and reliability — this is a must
- Mechanical aptitude and comfort using measurement tools
- Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
- Willingness to learn, grow, and advance toward a machinist role
- Attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
