We are seeking a hands-on, analytically minded Junior Production Planning & Control Analyst to support our production and operations team within a food manufacturing environment.
The role is initially focused on learning and operational integration: understanding production workflows, SAP system functionality, and scheduling logic. The candidate will spend the first 2–3 weeks in structured training to gain familiarity with SAP, internal planning models, and production processes.
This is not a shop-floor operator role. Instead, it supports production from a planning, scheduling, and operational control perspective.
The position requires strong on-site presence to closely collaborate with production, planning, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support production scheduling using SAP
- Assist in aligning production plans with demand forecasts
- Monitor production KPIs and performance
- Support cost control and operational analysis (progressively)
- Collaborate closely with production and planning teams
Candidate Profile
- Degree in Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar
- Strong analytical mindset
- Comfortable with systems and data
