What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Representative position at Wet Boys Power Washing?
Job Summary:
Wet Boys Power Washing is hiring motivated individuals/ reps who are hungry, competitive, and want to get paid based on performance. This is door-to-door sales — you’ll be offering exterior cleaning services such as house washes, deck cleanings, concrete cleaning, and full property packages.
No experience is required — we train everything.
You’ll get paid up front on every job sold and earn backend bonuses based on performance.
Reps consistently earn $4,000–$8,000per month, depending on work ethic and closing ability.
Our season runs year-round, with peak sales from March through October. We also run winter sales routes and travel team opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Knock doors and talk to homeowners about their property’s exterior cleaning needs.
- Use our proven pitch and objection handling (we train you step-by-step).
- Work with your assigned leads & neighborhoods — no random wandering.
- Maintain a professional appearance and good energy when talking with homeowners.
- Be coachable and willing to learn from leaders on the team.
Schedule
- Reps typically start knocking at 10:30 AM after morning meeting, and finish before dark.
- One 30-minute lunch break.
- Flexible days off available with communication.
