This is a full-time, on-site role for an IT Recruiter – US Staffing located in Vancouver, WA. The IT Recruiter will oversee the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for a variety of technical roles. The role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand position requirements, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and building strong pipelines of talent to meet organizational needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and contribute to optimizing the hiring process to meet company goals.
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding of candidates
- Proficiency in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting practices
- Strong skills in Hiring and Recruiting high-performing, technical talent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously
- Proven experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to recruitment in the United States
