Role Description The Staffing Recruiter is a full-time, remote role responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing candidates across Roarke Regenerative’s programs and support functions. This role manages the full recruitment lifecycle, including drafting job postings, identifying candidate pipelines, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring decisions, and facilitating temporary and long-term placements. The Staffing Recruiter collaborates with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, aligns recruitment strategies with organizational goals, and ensures a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding. Daily tasks include maintaining applicant tracking systems, communicating regularly with candidates and internal stakeholders, and providing data-driven updates on hiring progress. The role contributes directly to building a diverse, mission-driven workforce that supports Roarke’s environmental and community impact.
Qualifications
- Experience in Staffing Services and Temporary Placement, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and candidate pipelines.
- Demonstrated success in Recruiting and Hiring, including full-cycle recruitment and collaborative decision-making with hiring managers.
- Strong Communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders clearly, respectfully, and professionally.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, online job boards, and professional networking platforms.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, manage time independently, and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices and supporting a diverse workforce.
- Prior experience in nonprofit, environmental, or mission-driven organizations is beneficial.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.'
Base salary: $160,000–$195,000, commensurate with experience, plus a competitive annual performance bonus
