Company Description Roarke Regenerative is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to large-scale reforestation and the reconstruction of historical habitat areas. Using approaches such as replanting, new planting, revitalization of existing flora, reintroduction of native pollinators, and restoration of watershed dynamics, Roarke builds resilient natural infrastructure that supports long-term environmental recovery. Through these efforts, Roarke advances a shared goal of a carbon-neutral future and meaningful climate action.


Role Description The Corporate Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for corporate and program-facing roles, ensuring that Roarke Regenerative attracts, hires, and retains mission-aligned talent. In this full-time remote role, the recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, create inclusive job descriptions, and develop sourcing strategies across multiple channels, including professional networks, job boards, and social platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include screening applicants, conducting interviews, coordinating interview schedules, guiding candidates through the selection process, and maintaining a positive, equitable candidate experience. The recruiter will also help build and maintain talent pipelines, track recruiting metrics, support employer branding initiatives, and ensure hiring practices align with organizational values and legal requirements. This role works closely with HR and leadership to forecast staffing needs and contribute to long-term workforce planning.


Qualifications

  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for corporate roles.
  • Skills in candidate engagement and relationship management, with the ability to build and maintain diverse talent pipelines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting tools, and data-driven approaches to hiring.
  • Knowledge of equitable, non-discriminatory hiring practices and relevant employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize deadlines.
  • Experience in nonprofit, environmental, or sustainability-focused organizations is beneficial.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience in recruiting.


Base salary: $160,000–$195,000, commensurate with experience, plus a competitive annual performance bonus
