Description:Westward360 is looking to add a connected and well respected leader in the community association management industry that can help grow W360 into a national brand.The General Manager will report to the SVP of Community Management and lead our growing Woodstock office. This role will focus on the following areas: Revenue and profitability growth, product superiority and strategic guidance within the Association Management division.Westward360 is a leader in the Community Management industry, with locations across the map. We service condo, townhome, and homeowner associations, and provide rental management services to multi-family and single-unit properties. What we offer:Compensation range of $90,000 - $110,000Monthly cell phone stipendMedical/Dental/Vision insuranceFront loaded PTO401k - Company match up to 4%Long and short term disability at no cost to employeeWhat you’ll do:Implement company vision, strategy and culture by promoting initiatives of the Member Company President (MCP) and SVP of Community Management.Aid MCP and CFO to develop and manage the annual CAM budget for the division, ensuring financial targets are met.Identify revenue opportunities that add value to the client experience.Recruit, train, and mentor employees to build a skilled and motivated team.Develop and train the management of the staff.Conduct performance evaluations for staff and provide feedback for continuous development.Responsibility for the assignment/reassignment of accounts and portfolios as needed. Ensure manager ratios reach a minimum of 1.8 to 2.0 for all managers across CAM division.Provide strong leadership to staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Provide reporting to SVP on a bi-weekly basis of what is being done to encourage and capture Claims Processing, Project Coordination, Loan Coordination, CAM Fee Schedule Revenue.Work with SVP and Capital Coordinator to establish and verify schedule/project list and that projects managed by CMs are tracked and monitored.Assisting in organizing and leading weekly CAM Level 10 meetings delegated as SVP of CAM sees fit.. Incorporate any additional decision makers or cross-departmental staff for these as needed or helpful.Assisting in organizing and leading weekly CAM staff meetings, delegated as SVP of CAM sees fit.Work with Yellowjacket Maintenance to develop opportunities for additional maintenance market share within the portfolio.Assist EVP with strategies related to sales, including assisting in RFP responses, attending presentations, and work with the Onboarding team to enhance the new client experience.Analyze Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback and implement solutions to address customer feedback with appropriate staff.Ensure escalation path via org chart is being followed; report if leaders are skirting this/not being accountable to their teams.Monitor opportunities/needs to shift teams, create new teams, and identify leadership potential amongst current staff.
