- Maintain and follow inspection schedules ensuring consistency.
- Document building assets.
- Manage key/access issues, identify and fix key or access deficiencies that are observed.
- Utilize inspection software to document and compile inspection reports.
- Provide detailed reports to key stakeholders.
- Identify potential maintenance issues and report to the maintenance team.
- Assist lead inspector with maintaining inspection schedule.
- Perform procedural tasks onsite including but not limited to collecting and delivering key materials
- 2 years of experience in homeowner association management/maintenance, or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
- Tech savvy, usage of laptop/tablet and management software
