A full-time Maintenance position is available at Westview Park Apartments in West Saint Paul, MN. Hours are 9-5, M-F.
Should have at least 2 years’ experience in general maintenance or similar fields. Must be self-disciplined, detail-oriented, able to work as a team and work solo. Pay is dependent on experience. Please include contact information and at least 2 non-family references with your resume.

REQUIREMENTS:
1. At least 2 years’ experience
2. Dependable and strong work ethic
3. Reliable transportation
4. Valid driver’s license
5. Available for on-call after hours at least one week per month
6. Able to regularly lift heavy loads
7. Clean criminal history
8. Follow required safety regulations
9. Effective communication (written & orally) with management, team-members, and tenants
10. Be a positive ambassador for the company with a customer-service oriented approach (professional, courteous, neat, clean)
11. Leave the grounds each day better than when you arrived
12. Promptly complete maintenance work orders, but also find and execute preventative maintenance as well

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
1. All apartment related general maintenance skills
2. Boiler license
3. Pool license
4. Appliances (electric stoves, dishwashers, fridges, disposals, washer/dryers)
5. Electrical (replace fixtures, switches and sockets)
6. Plumbing (fix water leaks, replace faucets, clear drains)
7. Tilework and flooring
8. Carpentry
9. Painting
10. HVAC (in wall units and Magic-Paks)
11. Lock work
12. Operate light machinery (Bobcat/forklift, cable drain cleaning machines)
13. Snow removal
14. Keeps solid records and inventory
15. Bilingual (Spanish a big plus)
16. Own your own tools (not required)
17. Live on-site, or nearby
