Job Description:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nurse Aides (CNAs) to join our team! As a CNA, you will provide essential care to our residents, assisting with daily living activities, monitoring health conditions, and ensuring a comfortable and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding
- Monitor and report any changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring resident safety
- Maintain a clean and comfortable environment
- Follow all infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications:
- Must have a valid CNA certification
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Compassionate, patient, and reliable
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and assist residents as needed
