Job Summary:
CNA Transports is seeking a responsible and safety-conscious Shuttle Bus Driver to transport to and from designated job sites. This role requires professionalism, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to maintaining secure, orderly transport while fostering a positive, respectful environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a shuttle bus along scheduled routes, ensuring timely pick-ups and drop-offs.
- Monitor and oversee passengers during transit, maintaining order and adherence to rules.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, reporting maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of transportation schedules, attendance, and any incidents.
- Communicate effectively with staff and program supervisors to coordinate logistics.
- Respond calmly and appropriately to emergencies or unexpected situations.
Qualifications:
- Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with passenger endorsement preferred.
- Clean driving record and strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations.
- Prior experience in transportation or security-related roles is a plus.
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to pass background checks and other security clearances as required.
Work Environment:
- Variable shifts, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.
