Store Manager in Training – New Westside Pizza Nampa Location

Pay: $16–$20 per hour, depending on experience, plus monthly performance bonuses
Schedule: Full-time, approximately 40–50 hours per week
New Store Opening: November 2026
Training Location: Existing Westside Pizza location in Nampa
Experience Required: At least two years of restaurant or retail management experience

Westside Pizza is hiring a Store Manager in Training for our new Nampa, Idaho location, scheduled to open in November 2026.

The selected candidate will begin working and training immediately at our existing Nampa location. Over several months, you will receive hands-on training in Westside Pizza operations, leadership expectations, systems, recipes, customer service, cost controls, and team development.

When the new location opens across town, you will transition from the existing Nampa store and become the Store Manager of the new location.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced manager who wants the time and support to fully learn the business before taking over a new store.

What You’ll Do During Training

• Work full-time at our existing Nampa location
• Learn every area of Westside Pizza operations
• Complete hands-on training in food preparation, customer service, scheduling, inventory, labor management, and cash controls
• Learn Westside Pizza standards, systems, and leadership expectations
• Work alongside experienced managers and company leadership
• Help recruit, train, and prepare the opening team for the new location
• Build the skills and knowledge needed to successfully run your own store

What You’ll Do as Store Manager

• Lead daily operations at the new Nampa location
• Hire, train, coach, and develop a strong team
• Manage scheduling, labor, food costs, inventory, and cash controls
• Maintain excellent food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
• Create a positive, accountable, and team-focused workplace
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
• Drive store sales, performance, and profitability
• Develop future leaders within the restaurant
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed

What We’re Looking For

• At least two years of restaurant or retail management experience
• Restaurant Store Manager or General Manager experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead, train, and hold employees accountable
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing labor, inventory, costs, and daily operations
• Dependable, motivated, and willing to work alongside the team
• Comfortable learning the business from the ground up
• Able to work at our existing Nampa location during training
• Able to transition to the new Nampa location when it opens
