Manufacturing Equipment Setup & Changeover Specialist (Automotive)

This operation supports the automotive, ATV/UTV, and outdoor power equipment sectors with precision-formed tube components.

• Do you follow SOPs to set up and operate machinery—and know when to tweak for quality?
• Can you troubleshoot mechanical issues and knock out routine maintenance before they become problems?
• Will you document every count, defect, and check so the records tell the full story?
• Do you keep your area safe, clean, and organized while meeting aggressive deadlines?
• Are you a communicator who collaborates well with supervisors and peers?

• Set up and operate production machinery following standard procedures
• Monitor operations and make precise adjustments to hold tight tolerances
• Perform routine maintenance to sustain uptime and performance
• Troubleshoot and perform basic mechanical repairs during runs
• Maintain accurate production documentation: quantities, inspection data, and nonconformances
• Keep a safe, orderly cell and adhere to safety protocols
• Work cross-functionally to meet output and schedule commitments

• 1st: 6am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday
• 2nd: 2:30pm–10:30pm, Monday–Friday
• 3rd: 10:30 am–6:30am, Sunday–Thursday

• Prior experience with manufacturing machinery
• Mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting and repair skills
• Impeccable attention to detail and instruction-following
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight timelines
• Basic computer skills for accurate data entry and record maintenance
• Strong communicator; team-first mindset

• CNC tooling familiarity
• CNC machine setup and changeover experience
• Mechanical assembly capability
• Packaging experience
• Knowledge of automotive manufacturing systems
• Able to meet the physical requirements of the position

Press Brake operation is central to this role, alongside related CNC tooling within the production cell.
