As an Industrial Machinery Technician, you will keep our manufacturing lines moving with safe, precise operation. From sunrise checks to end‑of‑shift documentation, your eye for detail and commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement will shape the quality of every part that leaves our floor.
How your day unfolds- Begin by setting up, calibrating, and adjusting assigned machines to meet production standards.
- Operate and closely monitor equipment throughout the shift, keeping output consistent and on spec.
- Inspect finished products to verify accuracy and quality, making on-the-fly tweaks when needed.
- Triage minor mechanical issues; escalate larger problems to maintenance promptly.
- Keep your station organized and uphold safety protocols at every step.
- Record production data and complete all logs with accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate with supervisors and teammates to meet and exceed daily production goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience with industrial or manufacturing equipment preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret basic technical instructions.
- Sharp attention to detail with a safety-first mindset.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Solid mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work overtime when production demands it.
