Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and electronic vehicle issues

• Perform advanced diagnostics on engines, transmissions, drivability, and electrical systems

• Serve as a technical resource for other technicians and assist with difficult repairs

• Ensure all repairs meet manufacturer and dealership quality standards

• Accurately document work performed and recommended services

• Stay current with manufacturer training, technical bulletins, and new technologies

• Test-drive vehicles to verify repairs when necessary

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Communicate effectively with service advisors and management

• A commitment to delivering customer service that leaves everyone smiling, even when things get a little greasy.

What we need:

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive technical training or certification preferred.
• Automotive repair and maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong desire to be a service excel is essential.
• Exceptional diagnostic and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work synergistically in a fast-paced, team environment.
• Unwavering attention to detail and an unyielding commitment to delivering top-tier service.
• ASE certification.
• A never-ending thirst for knowledge.
• A valid driver's license.
• Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screen.
