Pressure Washing and Floor Care Technician

$17–$28 /hr pressure washing and floor care technician route in Jacksonville, Orange Park, Yulee, Fernandina and St. Augustine: power washing storefronts, sidewalks and dumpster pads, plus floor scrubbing, tile and grout cleaning at commercial accounts. Enviro-Master Services of Jacksonville is hiring technicians to deliver that difference on a route of commercial accounts across Jacksonville, Orange Park, Yulee, Fernandina and St. Augustine — on your own schedule, with your own vehicle, paid on results.

You’ll drive your own vehicle between client locations — convenience stores, restaurants, grocery and retail stores your neighbors use every day — with a fuel allowance on every stop, and deliver professional-grade work that store managers notice and ask for by name. No boss over your shoulder. Nobody timing your breaks. Just a route that becomes yours.

The work

Depending on your route, you’ll do one or more of these. Tell us which you’ve done — we train you on the rest, paid, before you ever run a route alone.

• Pressure washing / power washing — storefronts, sidewalks, dumpster pads, drive-thrus, exterior surfaces, using our Refresh power washing trailer
• Floor care — floor scrubbing machine, tile and grout cleaning, Sani-Scrub and Foam-It
• Restroom sanitation — disinfecting, odor control, restocking (our core Sani service)
• Window cleaning — storefront glass, inside and out

This is real work. You’ll be behind a pressure washer, running a floor machine, and in commercial restrooms. If you take pride in doing a job right and want to be paid for how well you do it — not how long you sit there — keep reading.

Pay: $17–$28 per hour — our current technicians’ actual earnings

This is commission pay: you earn 30% of the service revenue on your route, from day one. A standard route runs about $500 in service per day — that’s $150 for the day. Finish it well in 8 hours and you’re at about $19/hr; experienced techs finish in 6 and clear $25 . Faster, cleaner work pays more. Slow days don’t go below minimum wage — every workweek is guaranteed at least minimum wage for hours worked.

Schedule

Schedules vary by route. Most runs are weekday daytime; some accounts need early morning, evening, or weekend service — a plus if you’re working around another job or family. You’ll know your schedule in advance. No micromanagement.

What we’re looking for

• Valid driver’s license with 3 points or fewer
• Reliable personal vehicle with current auto insurance — you use your own vehicle on the route and we pay a fuel allowance for every stop
• Your vehicle must be able to tow our Refresh power washing trailer — a hitch and a tow rating of at least 2,000 lbs
• Smartphone for route check-ins and team chat
• Able to lift 45 lbs., be on your feet, and work with cleaning equipment
• Show up on time, every time
• English required; bilingual is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, not required

No experience necessary. Pressure washing, power washing, floor technician, floor machine, or commercial janitorial experience moves you to the front of the line.
