Job Type: Full-time, Jobsite Lead oversees daily field operations, ensuring construction projects are completed safely, on schedule, and up to quality standards. This role balances hands-on work with crew supervision, material coordination, and progress reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Supervision: Direct daily activities for the field crew and coordinate onsite subcontractors.
- Scheduling: Track project milestones and adjust daily tasks to meet deadlines.
- Quality Control: Read blueprints, verify work accuracy, and resolve technical issues on-site.
- Logistics: Order materials, manage tool inventory, and schedule equipment deliveries.
- Reporting: Maintain daily logs, track crew hours, and update the Project Manager.
- Safety: Enforce OSHA compliance, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain a hazard-free jobsite.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3–5 years of commercial or residential construction experience.
- Leadership: Minimum 1 year of experience leading a crew or managing subcontractors.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Certifications: OSHA 10-Hour or 30-Hour certification preferred.
- Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions.
- Drivers License: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Languages: Preferred Bilingual- English and Spanish speaking
