Elevate Commercial is seeking a motivated and people-focused Property Manager to join our growing Manufactured Housing team. In this role, you will oversee one Manufactured Housing Community & Parkview in Oregon, and play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and well-maintained place for residents to call home.

The Role

As a Property Manager, you will play a critical role in helping ensure our residents have a safe, clean, and welcoming community to call home.

You will interact with current and prospective residents, maintenance staff, vendors, and internal team members to ensure the community operates smoothly and continues to improve.

This position requires strong interpersonal and organizational skills, sound judgment, and an understanding of light construction and/or remodeling.

What You Will Do

• Interact with prospective residents, conduct property tours, and help lease vacant lots and homes.
• Ensure monthly rents are collected in a timely manner.
• Work closely with vendors and maintenance staff to help resolve work orders and community needs.
• Build positive and professional relationships with residents.
• Collaborate with your team to complete property renovations and improvements on time and within budget.
• Help maintain smooth daily operations and ensure the community remains a safe, clean, and welcoming place to live.

Communication
You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills and can communicate effectively with residents, vendors, and team members.

Organization
You are highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and have strong time-management skills.

Technology
You are comfortable learning and using technology and property management tools, including:

• AppFolio Property Management Software
• QuickBooks
• Asana
• Other internet-based tools and software platforms
