What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesperson position at Westside Design?
About Westside Build

We bring architecture, design, and construction under one roof—powered by fully integrated 3D digital twins, highly coordinated project delivery, and innovative building methods that produce better homes, faster.
This is a ground-floor opportunity to help build a company that is redefining residential development and reconstruction in Los Angeles. If you are drawn to meaningful work, design-driven culture, and the chance to shape something from the start—this is the role.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a Salesperson in our Client Development Department who is deeply embedded in the luxury residential ecosystem—someone who understands how high-end clients think, earns trust naturally, and moves comfortably between architects, developers, brokers, and high-net-worth homeowners.
This role blends strategic business development with hands-on client engagement. You will work directly with company partners to define how Westside Build is experienced in the market—and train under the partner leading sales strategy to fully internalize how we position projects, communicate value, and win work.
