We’re seeking a detail-oriented, client-focused professional to support a tenured financial advisor and help deliver an exceptional client experience.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary client liaison via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Collect, organize, and maintain client financial data in planning platforms.
- Prepare and process investment paperwork (new applications, beneficiary changes, account linking).
- Support a tenured advisor with meeting preparation, documentation, and follow-up.
- Generate investment and business reports from internal systems and third-party partners (e.g., AssetMark, Allianz, Lincoln).
- Create cash flow spreadsheets and run reports using NetX360, Wove, and other tools.
- Track tasks and goals using Microsoft's Suite of office products.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel expertise required); familiarity with NetX360 a plus.

Preferred Qualifications
- 3–5 years of professional office experience (financial services experience preferred).
- College degree preferred; significant experience considered in lieu of degree.
- Licensing:
- Florida 2-15 Insurance & Variable Annuity license (must obtain within 90 days; company-paid).
- Series 6 or 7 and Series 65 or 66 preferred (or willingness to obtain within first year).
