Role Description This is a full-time Financial Advisor role based in Tampa, FL, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows for a combination of in-office collaboration and work from home. The Financial Advisor will meet with individuals, families, and businesses to understand their goals, assess current financial situations, and develop tailored strategies in areas such as insurance, investments, and retirement planning. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client consultations, preparing and presenting financial plans, analyzing portfolios, and recommending suitable financial products and solutions. The role also involves prospecting and building a client base, maintaining ongoing client relationships, monitoring plans, and making adjustments as circumstances change. The Financial Advisor will stay informed on market trends and regulatory developments, maintain required licenses, and collaborate with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive client service.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of finance and investments, with the ability to analyze portfolios and explain options and risks in clear, accessible terms.
- Experience or interest in retirement planning, including designing strategies for accumulation, distribution, and income protection.
- Background or aptitude in financial advisory work, such as guiding clients through decisions and providing ongoing, relationship-based advice is a plus

- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is a plus

- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.
