What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse System Coordinator position at Westrock Coffee?
The System Coordinator is responsible for the overall quality and efficiency of the tracking systems and is indirectly responsible for leading process and adherence to process. This position will report to the Operations Team - Inventory Control Manager. Job Duties:
- Assist in resolution of roadblocks that prevent optimal effectiveness of the processes and update related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WI) and/or Supplements as required.
- Implement good business practices to improve processing.
- Manage and train all reporting staff and ensure that staff activities are properly documented and are performed in accordance with established procedures.
- Coordinates duplicate data clean-up activities on Netsuites, ERP, and other systems as determined and works closely with all ancillary system contacts.
- Oversees the monitoring and communication activities associated with the system, runs system reports to facilitate data integrity efforts.
- Coordinates daily/weekly delinquent record data collection, communication and related documentation
- Meet regularly with business unit leaders to understand long range planning and trends that affect shipping, receiving, or inventory systems.
- Collaborate with functional areas on data analysis of key indicators for trends and will ensure measures are escalated to management and prioritized according to the processes and risks involved.
- Support audit requests interact with members of management responsible for Investigations, CAPA, Change Controls and other leaders of the organization to facilitate the effectiveness of the these processes
- Actively participate in presentations to management and the customer as required
- Coordinate the collection and manage the distribution of non-conformance data relative to Customer concerns
- Responsible for the coordination of cycle counts and inventory reconciliation processes
- Coordinate and facilitate returns. Dunnage, empty pallets/drums etc.
- Other tasks and projects deemed necessary by the Inventory Control Manager.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years plant manufacturing experience.
- Project Management experience
- Organization, leadership, time management, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in technical computer skills; Netsuites and ERP
- The ability to work well in a team environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Technical expertise coupled with problem solving and analytical skills
- US work authorization (Required)
Preferred but not required:
- Knowledge of NetSuite Applications
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Supply Chain management
