Westport is a small coastal community located on the South Coast of Massachusetts.
Community Schools located in Westport:
Macomber School - Grades PreK-K
Westport Elementary School - Grades 1-4
Westport Middle-High School - Middle School Grades 5-8 & High School Grades 9 -12
Substitute LPN
Nurse to attend to medical needs in school or classroom(s) including monitoring of seizures, Gtube feedings, and administration of medication via Gtube and/or other routes.
Assist with health needs of including but not limited to nutrition, hydration, mobility, elimination, comfort, rest and hygiene, and educational needs.
Follow medical plan of care for student with health needs.
If assigned to classroom, may also perform duties of paraprofessional at teacher's instruction.
Other duties as requested.
