The Westover Companies is a family-owned and operated property management company. We are located in the King of Prussia area and have operated for over fifty years with the purpose of providing quality living, shopping and working space for residents and customers.
We are currently seeking a full-time person in Accounts Payable at our Corporate Office, in this role you will be working under the direct supervision of the Special Projects Manager.

Essential Job Functions:
- Process incoming accounts payable mail/email
- Sort, code, verify and enter invoices into accounting system, AvidXchange
- Reviews all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment
- Research and resolve invoice and statement discrepancies
- Acts as liaison between corporate and property managers; field vendor inquiries
- Maintains all accounts payable reports, spreadsheets and corporate accounts payable files
- Monitor and analyze utility spend
- Track capital expense projects
- Compliance with our internal controls
- Performs other duties as assigned
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of four years of experience in a support role in a corporate environment and or property management
- Excellent communication (verbal and listening) skills on the phone and in person
- Must be mature, reliable, professional, and organized
- Attention to detail is a must
- Must have follow through skills, sense of urgency and the ability to work independently and effectively with team members
- Experience working in an office
- Professional telephone voice - using proper grammar and etiquette
- Ability to effectively multitask with flexibility to adapt to situation when interrupted
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Experience with AvidXchange a plus
- Familiarity with copy machines and scanning equipment
- Reliable transportation
