What You’ll Do
- Assist the Marketing and Business Development teams with graphic design for:
- Proposals
- Presentations and posters
- Advertisements
- Brochures, flysheets, and other print collateral
- Assist in the creation of online design elements for:
- Website content
- Social media
- E-blasts and Webinars
- Perform other related duties as required.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic or visual design, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in design.
- Strong design portfolio with a variety of project types.
- Exceptional graphic communications skills; ability to visualize, simplify, and communicate complex information.
- Outstanding written and verbal skills, with a particular emphasis on proofreading and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a deadline-driven environment.
- Thorough knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud software, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premier Pro.
- Knowledge of additional design software, and basic knowledge of HTML or CSS is a plus.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Comfort with virtual collaboration software such as Microsoft Teams, and video conferencing software such as Microsoft Teams and Zoom.
