About the Role
We are seeking sales professional with proven track record within the luxury timepiece segment. The position will be reporting to the Hublot Boutique at the Promenade Shoppes at the Guitar Hotel in Hollywood, FL.
As a Client Advisor, you will embody the Hublot spirit—bold, modern, and customer-focused—by providing each client with an exceptional luxury experience. You’ll be responsible for developing strong client relationships, achieving sales goals, maintaining in-depth product and brand knowledge, and delivering the level of service that reflects both Weston Jewelers’ and Hublot’s standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a world-class, client-centered sales experience that reflects Hublot’s brand values and Weston Jewelers’ standard of excellence.
- Advise clients on Hublot timepieces and complementary jewelry pieces, offering personalized recommendations.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales goals.
- Build and maintain a strong, loyal client book through relationship-building and follow-up.
- Develop and maintain expert-level product and brand knowledge, including new collections, technical features, and brand heritage.
- Ensure all transactions and client interactions align with boutique policies and operational standards.
- Support daily boutique operations, including opening/closing, merchandising, inventory, and overall presentation.
- Collaborate effectively with the Weston Jewelers and Hublot teams to ensure a seamless luxury experience.
- Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by boutique operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience, ideally within the luxury watch or jewelry industry.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on personalized service.
- In-depth understanding of luxury clientele expectations and the ability to anticipate client needs.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive team player.
