Our reputation for quality, accuracy, and rapid turnaround is built on the dedication of our employees. We're looking for a dependable, safety-focused Courier to help keep our operations running efficiently by transporting materials, equipment, and documents between our facilities and customers.
This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals who want a chance to work in a fast-paced environment, all within the Latrobe/Youngstown PA area.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Transport test materials, specimens, equipment, office supplies, machine parts, and interoffice mail between company locations.
- Deliver test specimens, reports, and other materials to customers and vendors in a safe and timely manner.
- Load and unload materials while ensuring they are handled with care.
- Operate company vehicles safely and responsibly while following all traffic laws and company policies.
- Maintain delivery schedules and ensure accurate, on-time transportation of materials.
- Report vehicle maintenance needs, safety concerns, or incidents promptly.
- Assist with additional transportation and operational tasks as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
- US Citizenship required
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to deliver materials safely and in a timely manner
- Capacity to follow routine verbal and written instructions
- General computer knowledge
- Ability to understand and follow safety procedures
- Ability to adapt to changing work environments
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Strong time-management skills
- The ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Ability to stand, sit, lift, bend and move around for prolonged periods of time required
