- Blueprint Reading: Accurately read and interpret blueprint drawings, dimensions, and welding symbols.
- Surface Preparation: Clean, prep, and fit aluminum surfaces according to project specifications and requirements.
- Equipment Operation: Set up, adjust, and fine-tune welder settings to ensure optimal weld quality and aesthetic.
- Code Compliance: Perform welding tasks in full compliance with company standards and industry codes.
- Material Handling: Safely operate overhead cranes, forklifts, and other material-handling machinery.
- Safety & Maintenance: Adhere to all safety guidelines and keep your workspace clean and organized.
- The starting pay range for this position is $20-$26 per hour.
- Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.
- Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 4:30 pm
- Weekly paycheck
- Boot reimbursements up to $125
