Multimedia Designer

Westmor Industries in Morris, MN is looking for a creative, versatile Multimedia Designer to help tell our story across multiple divisions. In this role, you'll turn ideas into impactful visual content - from print and digital graphics to video and animation - all while supporting a growing manufacturing organization. Job Responsibilities Design high-quality graphics for both print and digital media, ensuring proper formatting, resolution, and production specifications Edit video content to align with brand standards, voice, and messaging Develop visual elements for marketing materials, websites, and other media, including logos, infographics, and video assets Translate creative direction and feedback into accurate, compelling design solutions Select appropriate colors, textures, imagery, typography, and layouts across various media platforms to effectively communicate key messages Apply creative thinking and research emerging design trends and techniques to enhance visual output Provide strategic design recommendations to effectively engage targeted audiences Create innovative and results-driven graphics and digital assets to support marketing campaigns Prepare projects by gathering necessary information, assets, and materials prior to execution Manage project timelines and maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders Simultaneously handle multiple projects across various divisions while meeting deadlines Organize and maintain digital assets in accordance with company guidelines and best practices Capture and refine product photography and curate customer testimonials for marketing use Other duties as assigned Compensation: The starting pay range for this position is $18.00 to $30.00 per hour. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.
