A Job Superintendent is responsible for completing the following duties:
- Provide onsite supervision and sub-contractor management through the completion of Construction Management projects.
- Onsite Supervision for our Construction Management projects until final completion of project.
- Manage on-site job supervisors
- Manage sub-contractors
- Scheduling
- Drawings and construction interpretations
- Quality control
- Daily reports and project documentation
- Customer relations
- Job site safety
- Work with the Safety Director to oversee site safety, making sure all processes and practices are conducted in a safe manner
- Other duties as assigned
- The starting pay range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000 per year. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.
