Job Superintendent

We are seeking a motivated Job Superintendent to join our team and lead construction projects from start to finish! This role is responsible for overseeing daily on-site operations, coordinating subcontractors and job supervisors, maintaining project schedules, ensuring quality control, and promoting a safe and productive work environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with excellent communication and organizational skills who can effectively manage multiple aspects of construction management while building positive relationships with clients, contractors, and team members.

Job Description

A Job Superintendent is responsible for completing the following duties:

• Provide onsite supervision and sub-contractor management through the completion of Construction Management projects.
• Onsite Supervision for our Construction Management projects until final completion of project.
• Manage on-site job supervisors
• Manage sub-contractors
• Scheduling
• Drawings and construction interpretations
• Quality control
• Daily reports and project documentation
• Customer relations
• Job site safety
• Work with the Safety Director to oversee site safety, making sure all processes and practices are conducted in a safe manner
• Other duties as assigned
  
  

Compensation

• The starting pay range for this position is $75,000 to $100,000 per year. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.

Qualifications

• Effective use of time management skills
• Good understanding of all phases of construction
• Highly effective communication skills
• Able to read and understand blueprints
• Computer skills – ongoing development to include Microsoft Office
• A minimum of 10 years of construction experience preferred
• Management or supervisory role experience is desired
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation required
