- Precision Cutting & CNC Management: Successfully set up, program, and operate the CNC plasma cutting table to deliver precisely cut components by accurately interpreting blueprints and CAD documentation.
- Material Coordination & Quality Prep: Ensure efficient workflow by safely loading, unloading, and moving materials within the Tank Shop. Deliver clean, production-ready fabrications by thoroughly removing slag and burrs from plasma-cut parts.
- Safety Culture & Workplace Ownership: Maintain a secure environment for everyone by strictly adhering to established safety protocols, performing routine equipment maintenance, and keeping a clean, well-organized workstation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support overall production goals by assisting team members with adaptive tasks, participating in professional training sessions, and actively contributing to optimal shop efficiency.
- $18-$22 per hour starting pay range. Final compensation will depend on various factors including: skills, experience, and location.
- 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Monday through Friday)
- Technical Interpretation: Demonstrated accuracy in reading, interpreting, and working directly from technical blueprints.

- Organizational Skills: Capable of maintaining an organized, clean, and safe workspace to maximize operational flow.
