Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Maintenance Director to lead our facilities physical plant management. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive technical knowledge, and a proven track record in managing maintenance teams within Senior Living facilities. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our plant operations through strategic planning, supervision, and technical expertise.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all maintenance activities across the facility, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and high/low voltage systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs utilizing TELS.
- Supervise and lead maintenance teams, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure high standards of safety and operational excellence.
- Manage projects related to facilities upgrades, equipment installation, and system repairs with effective project management practices.
- Experience with Life Safety Code requirements.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations and ensure all maintenance activities adhere to industry standards.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and enhancing safety protocols.
