Position Overview

As our Porter, you are essential to maintaining the fantastic curb appeal of our community. You are the reason our property looks its best, providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our residents and guests. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys being active, working outdoors, and seeing the results of their hard work every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Grounds & Curb Appeal: Maintain the cleanliness of the entire property by walking the grounds daily to remove litter and debris, cleaning walkways, and ensuring dumpster areas are tidy.
• Common Area Upkeep: Ensure all common areas, including lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, and pool areas, are clean, well-maintained, and presentable.
• Light Maintenance & Support: Assist the maintenance team with light-duty tasks such as changing light bulbs, painting touch-ups, changing locks, and helping prepare vacant units for new residents.
• Resident Support: Distribute community notices to residents and provide a friendly, helpful presence on the property.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Previous experience in janitorial, housekeeping, or landscaping is a plus, but not required. We will train the right candidate!
• A strong work ethic and a great eye for detail.
• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
• Must be able to perform physical tasks, including walking and standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe community.
