Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Regional Managers to enhance performance and productivity.
- Establish performance goals and metrics for regions and area managers, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and increase market share.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate regional performance, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
- Collaborate with area managers to resolve operational challenges and implement best practices.
- Work closely with marketing, finance, and customer service teams to create synergies that enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and communication between the field and corporate teams.
- Design and deliver training programs for area managers to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and operational capabilities.
- Encourage continuous learning and development within the sales team.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and operational efficiencies for senior management.
- Utilize data analysis to inform strategic decisions and improve overall performance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or a related field; preferred.
- 8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive finance or related industry, automotive floorplan experience.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving performance targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to travel – 75% travel – flying throughout the country
Compensation Range
- $90,000 – $200,000 of total compensation per year.
- The exact starting compensation will depend on a wide range of factors, including experience, skill set, education, credentials, and location.
