Be the onsite linchpin that turns plans into reality. As the Energy Infrastructure Site Execution Manager in Juno Beach, FL, you will be the vital bridge between the field and the Project Manager—guiding a utility-scale construction effort from preconstruction through closeout. This is a 1-year W-2 contract with per diem at GSA rates. Expect to spend roughly 70% of your time in the office and 30% in the field, reporting to the onsite Manager.

A Day in the Life

Your morning starts with a review of schedules (C1 and Contractor P-6), the project tracking spreadsheet, and overnight contractor updates. By mid-morning, you’re aligning field activities with permits and agreements, clearing RFIs and submittals with engineering, and prepping for the afternoon’s safety and quality walk. You close the day by locking in tomorrow’s deliveries with the expeditor, approving CSU updates, and finalizing your weekly report inputs.

Preconstruction Leadership

• Master the contract documents and know your site-specific obligations.
• Lead Site Safety Orientation and implement the Site Specific Safety Plan.
• Run the kickoff meeting to set expectations with contractors.
• Conduct site-specific orientation and ensure everyone understands the rules of the road.
• Read and enforce permits, road use and crossing agreements, SWPPP, haul routes, drawings, material plans, schedule, QA/QC, and submittals to engineering for review.
• Complete Safety Assessments/CILs in Unifier.
• Produce thorough reports and documentation, feeding the Weekly report to CM.
• Drive QA/QC in Unifier and maintain current site photos.

Construction and Delivery

• Build productive relationships with the contractor.
• Deliver a high-quality project by knowing specs and drawings—minimizing rework to reduce safety risk.
• Own the schedule (C1 and Contractor P-6) and track progress relentlessly.
• Approve the CSU and keep the project tracking spreadsheet accurate and up to date.
• Champion zero injuries, on-time milestones, and superior workmanship.

Reporting and Communication

• Leverage collected data to support change order disputes when needed.
• Communicate early and often with the PM—provide context so help arrives fast.

Partner Ecosystem You’ll Coordinate

• Environmental: Engage the environmental team to navigate permitting and compliance.
• 3rd-party audits of contractor: Use auditors as a resource for information and questions.
• ISC/Expeditor and Material Manager: Collaborate to manage the delivery schedule of materials.
• Safety Team: Tap into deep safety expertise—an invaluable resource.
• SMEs: Access subject matter experts across Civil, Structural, Construction, and Electrical.
• Land Agent: Partner for planning support, resolving difficult landowner issues, and understanding land agreements.

Who You Are

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 11–15 years in commercial construction, including at least 3 years as a construction manager.

Compensation and Benefits

• Estimated base salary: $78.00/hr to $83.00/hr, dependent on experience, qualifications, and skills.
