Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Architectural Job Captain at Westgroup Designs in Irvine, CA. This technical design role allows you to work in a variety of project sectors and be involved throughout the project process. The Architectural Job Captain will be responsible for overseeing project deliverables, coordinating with the design team, developing plans and specifications, and ensuring project timelines are met. We encourage growth and advancement through opportunities and mentorship, to help you become a project and office leader.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
- Expertise in Architectural Design, Space Planning and developing technical solutions
- Proficiency in Revit required, along with other design software for use in preparing construction documentation
- Strong time management and coordination skills
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- 3 years experience in similar role required
- California Architectural Registration, or licensing in progress, is a plus
- DSA Experience is a plus
