Job Description Serves meals and beverages to patrons in dining establishment by performing the following duties: Duties: Presents menu, answers questions, and makes suggestions regarding food and service. Writes order on check or memorizes it. Relays order to kitchen and serves courses from kitchen and service bars. Serves patrons from chafing dish at table. Observes diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when meal has been completed. Completes all assigned side works and special projects. Must have complete menu and bar knowledge. Totals bill and accepts payment or refers patron to Cashier. To excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic. Qualifications ABC Certification required within 30 days of Hire, must be maintained on a current/valid status. Meets state minimum age to serve alcohol. High school diploma or general education degree GED. The Team Member must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Follow instructions without close supervision. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed. Required to pass a background screen, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.
