Join our team as a Food & Beverage Attendant in the heart of Gatlinburg, United States! We're looking for a friendly and efficient individual to provide exceptional food and beverage service to our guests.
- Greet and serve guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Prepare and serve a breakfast and lunch according to tour flow
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen area, service stations, and equipment
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for various events
- Respond promptly to inquiries and concerns
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and potential allergens
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Food handling certification (if required by local regulations)
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
