What are the responsibilities and job description for the Breakfast Attendant/Social Attendant position at Staybridge Suites Knoxville West?
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Tuesday and Wednesday evenings 4pm-9pm
- Friday and Saturday mornings 5:00am-12:00pm
- Personalized service to all guests.
- Preparing food for breakfast and dinner service
- Cleaning tables and also cleaning of dining and buffet area.
- Must be aware of restaurants menu items and beverage choices.
- Prepare and consistently maintain dining area and supplies in a guest ready atmosphere.
- Responsible for stocking food and beverage throughout service.
- Ensure breakfast and dinner items are continually replenished and presented in an appealing manner.
- Setting out / arranging cold and hot foods.
- Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated.
- Locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist.
- Assist with closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations.
- Close out shift by cleaning and restocking supplies for next day or shift.
- Solve guest issues with professionalism and always maintain hospitable attitude.
- Any other duties as requested by manager.
- ABC license preferred but not required.
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
