STUDENT MINISTRY INTERN
- REPORTS TO: NEXT GEN PASTOR
- RELATES CLOSELY WITH: STUDENT MINISTRY TEAM, CONGREGATIONAL PASTORS, STUDENT SERVE TEAMS, PARENTS
- CLASSIFICATION: STUDENT MINISTRY INTERNSHIP
- PAY RANGE: UP TO 20 HOURS A WEEK ($18.45hr)

- Positive, professional, self-starter who can organize, adjust, and prioritize responsibilities and projects with minimal direction.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent time management and attention to detail.
- Highly organized with ability to execute logistics for large-scale projects overseen by the Student Ministry Pastor.
- Superior communication skills: written and verbal.
- Assist Student Ministries Pastors in planning, preparing, and executing services and events.
- Attend weekly meetings with the Student Ministries Team to learn how to facilitate both small and large group settings.
- Prepare for Student Ministry services and events, with a primary focus on Wednesday life groups/events.
- Communicate weekly to serve team with relevant details for upcoming services and life groups.
- Intentionally connect with students before and after Sunday services and midweek groups.
- Co-lead a student life group.
- Help lead weekend services and midweek life groups from setup to cleanup.
- Assist in preparing and leading camps, rallies, and other significant yearly events (Oscars, graduation, missions support).
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Work typically occurs Sunday-Thursday, with occasional Fridays, Saturdays, or evenings as needed.
