- Communicate staffing or operational needs to the Operations Manager.
- Provide training to team members to promote development.
- Uphold and reinforce Westfield Egg Farm’s mission, vision, and core values.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Operations Manager.
- Typical hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Two 10-minute paid breaks and a 1-hour unpaid lunch break.
- Completion of general safety and basic food safety training (provided by WEF).
- Training in electric pallet jack and forklift operation (provided by WEF).
- Steel-toed or composite toe shoes required (WEF provides a shoe compensation plan)
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license preferred.
- Ability to read, speak, and write in English.
- Ability to interpret and follow SOPs, policies, and written instructions.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

- Prior experience in a lead or supervisory role.
